Notice is hereby given that on or about July 24, 2025, Echelon 221 10th, LLC (license currently owned by Joeco, LLC dba Queen City Saloon) filed an application for a transfer of ownership of a Retail Liquor License, in the Office of the Clerk of the City of Evanston, Wyoming, for the building located at 221 10th Street, Evanston, Uinta County, Wyoming.
Protests, if there are any, against the transferring of such license, may be heard at the hour of 5:30 pm on the 19th of August 2025, in the Council Chambers of Evanston City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, Wyoming.
